With DiFelice's Total Lease program, all of your build out and lease expenses can be consolidated into a fixed lease program. No need to worry about unforeseen expenses, future tax increases or maintenance and upkeep. With a fixed lease program, you will know in advance your monthly payment so you can budget accordingly.

Plus, we handle the normal office build out, including the design and layout of space to fit your business activities and needs. This includes architecture fees, building permits, bathroom(s), electric, HVAC, trim, paint, ceiling, flooring and lighting. And then we can obtain a detailed quote for any tenant-specific features, including plumbing, cabinetry, millwork, network cabling and features unique to your business needs on your behalf.
