DiFelice Development is a real estate developer and property management company in Victor, NY. Our story began in the late 1950's, when Primo DiFelice immigrated from Italy with only his skills as a mason and his strong work ethic. After years of working towards the American dream Primo saw an opportunity and began to buy land in and around Rochester with the nest egg he had worked to procure.

What started as a small masonry business decades ago has grown into what is now DiFelice Development, Inc. - a family-owned, family-operated business with over 50 years of experience developing commercial, industrial and residential real estate.

Both Frank and Mark DiFelice followed in their father's footsteps, beginning their careers at a young age and working through Primo's school of hard knocks, as well as reputable educational institutions. Tony DiFelice, their Chief Financial Officer, is the most recent addition to the team.

Today, the DiFelice portfolio includes a wide array of properties, clients and tenants in Monroe and Ontario counties. The principles that Primo founded the business on, honesty, dedication, and hard work, remain its backbone and are vivid in every DiFelice project, whether it's retail space, a family's home, or the home to your business.
